Sáng ngày 25 tháng 4 năm 2026, Đại Bảo Tháp Mandala Tây Thiên đã vinh dự đón tiếp Ngài Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa – Đại sứ Đặc mệnh Toàn quyền Cộng hòa Ấn Độ tại Việt Nam cùng phái đoàn quang lâm tham dự Pháp hội Đại Bi Quan Âm – sự kiện tâm linh trọng đại do Đức Pháp Vương Gyalwang Drukpa chủ trì, với chuỗi nghi lễ thiêng liêng cầu nguyện Hòa Bình thế giới và Quốc Thái Dân An.

Đại sứ Đặc mệnh Toàn quyền Cộng hòa Ấn Độ tại Việt Nam

 Trong ánh sáng từ bi vô lượng của Đức Quan Thế Âm Bồ Tát, sáng ngày 25 tháng 4 năm 2026, Đại Bảo Tháp Mandala Tây Thiên đã hân hoan đón tiếp Ngài Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa – Đại sứ Đặc mệnh Toàn quyền Cộng hòa Ấn Độ tại Việt Nam cùng phái đoàn đến tham dự Pháp hội Đại Bi Quan Âm – sự kiện tâm linh được tổ chức dưới sự chủ trì của Đức Pháp Vương Gyalwang Drukpa, đấng Pháp Chủ Truyền thừa Drukpa lừng danh khắp dãy Himalaya.

Đáp lời thỉnh mời trang trọng từ Sư trụ trì Đại Bảo Tháp Mandala Tây Thiên, sự hiện diện của Ngài Đại sứ Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa trong ngày Pháp hội đã mang đến niềm hoan hỷ vô biên cho Tăng đoàn, chư Phật tử và đại chúng thập phương. Đặc biệt, với cội nguồn văn hóa Himalaya sâu sắc của Ngài, sự hiện diện ấy càng trở nên ý nghĩa, thắp sáng thêm nhịp cầu tâm linh hơn hai nghìn năm gắn bó giữa hai dân tộc Ấn Độ và Việt Nam – giữa quê hương của Đức Phật và mảnh đất Tây Thiên linh thiêng, một trong những cái nôi đầu tiên của Phật giáo Việt Nam.

Những Khoảnh Khắc Thiêng Liêng

Trong không khí trang nghiêm và đầy năng lượng tâm linh, Ngài Đại sứ Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa đã cùng đại chúng tham dự ba nghi lễ trọng đại:

Khai mở Thongdrol Quan Âm Thiên Thủ Thiên Nhãn – nghi lễ thiêng liêng theo truyền thống Kim Cương Thừa, nơi hình tượng Đức Quan Âm Nghìn Tay Nghìn Mắt được tôn trí trang nghiêm. Theo tín niệm, chỉ cần một lần chiêm bái Thongdrol cũng có thể gieo trồng vô lượng phúc báu, tịnh hóa nghiệp chướng và mang lại an lạc cho tâm thức.

Thỉnh Chuông Hòa Bình – tiếng chuông được Ngài Đại sứ cùng Đức Pháp Vương và đại chúng nhất tâm thỉnh lên giữa núi rừng Tây Thiên, vang vọng khắp đất trời, gửi gắm thông điệp hòa bình, từ bi và yêu thương đến muôn loài chúng sinh trên thế giới. Khoảnh khắc ấy đã trở thành biểu tượng đẹp đẽ và cảm động, khắc ghi mãi trong tâm khảm những người hữu duyên có mặt.

Khai Mở Thiền Thư “Lời Cầu Nguyện Quan Âm Cho Hòa Bình Thế Giới – Cầu Quốc Thái Dân An” – pháp bảo quý giá kết tinh tinh hoa giáo pháp Đại Bi do Đức Pháp Vương Gyalwang Drukpa trước tác, được khai mở để lan tỏa năng lượng từ bi, trí tuệ đến mọi quốc độ, cầu cho thế giới an lành, đất nước thái bình, nhân dân an lạc.

Lời Tri Ân Chân Thành

Chúng con xin chân thành tri ân Ngài Đại sứ Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa đã dành thời gian quý báu giữa bộn bề công vụ để quang lâm tham dự, đồng hành cùng đại chúng trong các nghi lễ thiêng liêng và góp phần lan tỏa giá trị tinh thần cao quý của Phật giáo – tôn giáo của hòa bình, trí tuệ và lòng từ bi.

Sự hiện diện trang nghiêm của Ngài là minh chứng sống động cho mối quan hệ hữu nghị bền chặt, gắn bó keo sơn giữa hai quốc gia Ấn Độ – Việt Nam, hai dân tộc có cùng cội nguồn văn hóa tâm linh sâu sắc. Đó cũng là nguồn động viên to lớn để Đại Bảo Tháp Mandala Tây Thiên tiếp tục sứ mệnh hoằng dương Chính pháp, phụng sự chúng sinh và vun đắp tinh thần đoàn kết, hòa hợp giữa nhân dân hai nước.

Lời Nguyện Cầu

Nguyện cầu hồng ân Tam Bảo, năng lực gia trì của chư Phật, chư Bồ Tát và đặc biệt là Đức Quan Thế Âm Đại Bi luôn che chở, gia hộ cho Ngài Đại sứ Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa cùng gia quyến và toàn thể phái đoàn thân tâm an lạc, sự nghiệp hanh thông, mọi điều cát tường như ý.

Kính nguyện tình hữu nghị Ấn – Việt mãi bền vững như tiếng chuông Tây Thiên ngân vang bất tận, và ánh sáng từ bi – trí tuệ của Đức Phật mãi soi đường cho nhân loại bước đi trên con đường hòa bình, an lạc.

Đại Bảo Tháp Mandala Tây Thiên tọa lạc tại vùng đất thiêng Tây Thiên (Tam Đảo, Phú Thọ) – một trong những cái nôi đầu tiên của Phật giáo Việt Nam. Được kiến lập theo truyền thống Kim Cương Thừa Drukpa dưới sự gia trì của Đức Pháp Vương Gyalwang Drukpa, Đại Bảo Tháp là biểu tượng của trí tuệ giác ngộ, lòng từ bi vô lượng và là điểm hành hương tâm linh của Phật tử trong nước cũng như quốc tế.

On the morning of 25th April 2026, the Druk Mandala Stupa of Tay Thien had the great honour of welcoming H.E. Mr. Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, together with his distinguished delegation, to participate in the Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara Dharma Assembly — a sacred spiritual event presided over by His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa, featuring a series of solemn rituals dedicated to World Peace and the Prosperity of the Nation and its People.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary

of the Republic of India to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

 In the boundless light of compassion radiating from Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, on the auspicious morning of 25th April 2026, the Druk Mandala Stupa of Tay Thien was profoundly honoured to welcome His Excellency Mr. Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam — together with his esteemed delegation, on the occasion of the Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara Dharma Assembly. This sacred event was graciously presided over by His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa, the supreme spiritual head of the Drukpa Lineage renowned throughout the Himalayas.

In response to the respectful invitation extended by the Resident Master of the Druk Mandala Stupa of Tay Thien, the gracious presence of Ambassador Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa brought immeasurable joy to the Sangha, devotees, and pilgrims gathered from near and far. With his profound Himalayan cultural heritage, His Excellency’s presence carried an especially meaningful resonance, illuminating once more the timeless spiritual bond — spanning more than two millennia — between the peoples of India and Vietnam: between the homeland of Lord Buddha and the sacred land of Tay Thien, recognised as one of the earliest cradles of Buddhism in Vietnam.

Sacred Moments of the Dharma Assembly

Amidst an atmosphere of profound reverence and spiritual blessing, His Excellency Ambassador Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa joined the assembly in three momentous ceremonies:

The Unveiling of the Thongdrol of Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteshvara — a sacred ceremony in the Vajrayana tradition, in which the magnificent image of Avalokiteshvara of Thousand Arms and Thousand Eyes was solemnly unveiled. According to Buddhist belief, even a single moment of beholding a Thongdrol can sow boundless merit, purify negative karma, and bring profound peace to the mind.

The Ringing of the Peace Bell — together with His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa and the entire assembly, the Ambassador joined in single-pointed devotion as the bell resounded across the mountains and forests of Tay Thien, carrying a heartfelt message of peace, compassion, and loving-kindness to all sentient beings throughout the world. This unforgettable moment has become a beautiful and moving symbol forever etched in the hearts of all those blessed to be present.

The Inauguration of the Meditation Scripture “Avalokiteshvara’s Prayer for World Peace and the Prosperity of the Nation and its People” — a precious dharma treasure embodying the essence of the Great Compassion teachings, formally inaugurated to spread the energy of compassion and wisdom to every land, praying for global peace, national tranquility, and the well-being of all people.

Our Heartfelt Gratitude

We humbly extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency Ambassador Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa for taking precious time from his demanding diplomatic duties to grace the assembly with his presence, to walk alongside the devotees through these sacred rituals, and to help spread the noble values of Buddhism — a tradition of peace, wisdom, and boundless compassion.

His Excellency’s dignified presence stands as a living testament to the enduring friendship and deep-rooted bond between the Republic of India and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam — two nations sharing profound spiritual and cultural roots. It is also a great source of inspiration and encouragement for the Druk Mandala Stupa of Tay Thien to continue its sacred mission of propagating the Dharma, serving sentient beings, and nurturing the spirit of unity and harmony between the peoples of our two nations.

Our Prayer of Blessings

We pray that the boundless grace of the Triple Gem, the loving blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and most especially the great compassion of Avalokiteshvara, may always protect and bestow upon His Excellency Ambassador Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa, his beloved family, and the entire delegation, every blessing of physical and spiritual well-being, success in all noble endeavours, and the fulfilment of every auspicious aspiration.

May the friendship between India and Vietnam endure as eternally as the ringing of the Tay Thien bell, and may the light of the Buddha’s compassion and wisdom forever illuminate the path of humanity towards lasting peace and happiness.
